MONTHLY MINDFULNESS FOREST WALKS
Guided forest bathing experiences are an invitation to slow down and connect with nature through your senses. Through simple, mindful invitations, you’ll explore the forest in a new way—gently shifting out of thinking and into presence.
If you are new to forest bathing, it is a research-supported practice known to reduce stress, support overall well-being, and bring a sense of calm and clarity. Come on your own or bring a friend to share the experience together.
